What you need to know - changing or cancelling your reservation or in case of no-show:
- You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before check-in.
- Cancellations and modifications are not possible after check-in.
- For cancellations of paid reservations, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account. (Please note that the processing time for the refund depends on your bank's policies and procedures and may take up to 15 business days from the date of the refund.)
- Couples wishing to share a room must provide proof of marriage.
